C: Gender, Work, and Family
Pedro Jaime has a PhD degree in Social Anthropology (Universidade de São Paulo / Brazil) and in Sociology & Anthropology (Université Lumière Lyon 2 / France). He has been dedicated to teaching and researching since 1997, working within various Brazilian universities. Currently he is an Associate Professor at Centro Universitário FEI (Brazil), where he teaches Organisation Studies (undergraduate program of business administration), Organisational Analyses (master’s program in management studies) and Epistemology of Management Studies (PhD program in management studies). His main research topics include issues of race and gender in organizations, in their connections to broader sociopolitical arenas. Of his involvement in Sase, he says: Sase allows me to meet researchers from different countries around the world and learn from their experiences and research.
