Laura Pérez Ortiz is a lecturer in the Department of Economic Structure and Development Economics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). Her research is focused on Labor Economics, particularly labor market institutions, collective bargaining, quality of employment, and gender economics. She is a member of the SET-LASE research group on Labour Socio-Economics.
