Joseph Chan
Joseph M. Chan is currently Emeritus Professor at the School of Journalism and Communication, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he served as a chair professor and school director. He has published extensively in books and various internationaljournals. The publications pertain to media and social movements, media and political transition, journalism, collective memory, and comparative communication. He was elected Fellow of the International Communication Association and a recipient of the Changjiang Chair Professorship from the Ministry of Education, China, in affiliation with Fudan University.
