Jeremias Herberg

Jeremias Herberg is a political sociologist working at the nexus between Science and Technology Studies and Sustainability Studies. In his research, he investigate how the phasing out of fossil industries manifests conflicts about science and democracy. He is an assistant professor at the Institute for Science in Society at Radboud University Nijmegen, and an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS) Potsdam. He studied Sociology in Vienna, Science and Technology Studies in Maastricht and received his PhD from Leuphana University, L√ľneburg, after a research visit at UC California, Berkeley.
