Ivana Pais is Associate Professor in Economic Sociology at Università Cattolica, Milano. Her research interests focus on social networks in labour markets, organizations, entrepreneurship and new ways of working through social media. Her most recent publications are about sharing economy, social recruiting and crowdfunding.
