Hideki Nakazato
Hideki Nakazato is Professor at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Letters, Konan University, Kobe, Japan. His key research interests are work-life balance, parenting, and gender roles. One central area of study has been parental leave policies and fathers’ take-up of the leave in Japan and other countries.
