Membership Renewal / Conference Registration

Please note: paper and session submissions for the 2023 conference (20-22 July in Rio de Janeiro) will open in November 2022 (hard deadline Feb. 1st 2023 – for more information on relevant deadlines, go here). Registration will open in February 2023.

If you wish to renew your membership before February 2023, please contact Pat Zraidi, SASE’s financial officer, directly at sasestaff@sase.org. We are currently switching to a different payment system, so no membership payments can be processed on our website currently.

*All categories are in USD, and include membership dues (required to participate in the conference) and conference registration fees. Only the conference dinner will be ticketed separately ($50 full rate, $25 reduced rate).

Cancellation policy: SASE shall retain $50 of the registration fee in the event of a member cancelling conference participation within 30 days of the conference start date. Membership dues are non-refundable.
