Pierre-Antoine Harvey is a new professor at the Université de Montréal’s School of Industrial Relations. For over 15 years, he has worked as an economist on the bargaining unit of the Centrale des syndicats du Québec and as an associate researcher at the Institut de recherche et d’information socioéconomique (IRIS), a progressive think tank. His research interests include public finance, transformation in working and employment conditions and the evolution of unionism and collective bargaining in the public sector.
