Patrick Duguay is Director General of the Coopérative de développement regional (CDR) Outaouais-Laurentides which represents over 200 social economy enterprises and accompanies the emergence and growth of collective enterprises in this vast rural and ubran region in Quebec. Patrick was a founding member of the Chantier de l’économie sociale and President of its Board for almost 15 years. He was also President of the Réseau d’investissement social du Québec (RISQ) and the Fiducie du Chantier de l’économie sociale, two innovative investment funds in Quebec’s social economy. Patrick Duguay is also President of the Board of the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO). He is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and prizes in recognition of his accomplishments and engagement.
